All products from LED Light Upgrade come with a 2 year warranty. This covers any defects in workmanship, shipping and handling damages, or anything else that could be our fault. We require that the unit be shipped back to LED Light Upgrade prior to isssuing credit. We do pay return shipping on all items. Once the item is back at LED Light Upgrade, we will perform an inspection and issue your refund as we decide.
All products in the commercial category have a 5 year warranty. This warranty has the same conditions as the standard 2 year warranty above.
This warranty guarantees that your light or accessory will not fail for the warranted period, or we'll either send you a new unit or refund your purchase price if the item is defective. Our warranty includes covering return shipping, and if you had your lights installed by LED Light Upgrade, it includes free installation of the warranty part. This warranty does NOT cover any issues due to incorrect installation, user damage - e.g. headlights on a vehicle in a wreck, or voltage out of the specified range.
